When does the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Start?
First things first, when you become a Nordy Club member you get access to the Nordstrom Sale early! That means that before the shelves have been swept, you can grab your favorites – including all of the items I will be sharing on my blog and Instagram!
Early access starts August 13th, and then the sale opens up to everyone from August 19th through the 30th. The best part is if you can’t make it to the store you can shop online – which is super important for those of you that are remaining cautious during COVID!
What exactly is the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is the BIGGEST and best sale of the year! This is the time when Nordstrom gives you the chance to stock your closet with all of your favorite fall items at incredibly discounted prices. Not only do you get a head start on fall, but you can also find your timeless favorites at a huge discount! I love this sale for stocking up on new styles for autumn!
How do I become a Nordy Club member?
It’s SO simple and so worth it to become a Nordy Club Member! All you have to do is sign up for a Nordstrom credit card! When you use your Nordstrom Card in stores or online at Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, HauteLook and Trunk Club you get 3 times the points! These points can eventually be exchanged for Nordy Notes which is basically like cash back! It’s an amazing deal.
How do I know what to shop for during the sale?
I have to admit, this anticipation for this sale can feel like Christmas morning and it can be very overwhelming, but don’t stress! This year Nordstrom is going above and beyond to let their shoppers prepare for the sale by previewing ALL of the items starting now! No more catalog flipping, you can scroll online right from your phone or laptop!
I’m going to be saving all of my favorites to my wishlist so that I don’t miss anything when my adrenaline is pumping as the sale starts. I would definitely recommend creating a wishlist for yourself!

Phew, I know that is a lot of info, but I don’t want ya’ll to miss out! This is my favorite sale of the YEAR and I am already counting down the days until I can fill my cart with some fresh finds. It is so fun to stock up on all of the trendy fall items and spend WAY less money building out my wardrobe for autumn!
One of the best things about this sale is that when the cooler weather arrives, I don’t see friends or other influencers wearing items I wish I had – I already have them hanging in my closet! Also… who doesn’t love to restock classic accessories and beauty products? I know I do!

The Nordstrom Anniversary sale is the perfect time to stock up on those coveted fall and winter jackets and coats! I think everyone needs a good puffer coat, a nice wool coat, and a fun moto jacket. They are great staples to add to your wardrobe. I also love this knit jacket. I have it in two colors and layer it over athletic wear, with jeans, and even styled with dresses like you see below!

Stocking up on shoes is one of my top priorities when it comes to shopping the Nordstrom Anniversary sale since the prices cannot be beaten! A few of my favorite fall staples are leopard loafers, OTK boots, classic tan booties, and a good pair of sneakers!
Putting together my favorite sweaters made me so excited for fall! I love a good layered look for fall which is why I am loving the color-blocked cardigan and the leopard cardigan. I also love a good oversized sweater like this one to stay cozy on cool fall days!

I will not even hesitate to tell you my top two picks for bottoms from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. Spanx Faux-Leather Leggings and the Donna Skinny Jeans from Kut From The Kloth. I wear both on repeat all fall and winter long.

My favorite tops to buy during the sale are knits that I know I will wear frequently. I love layered looks with jackets and cardigans in the fall so I love a good quality tee I will wear from season to season.
There are so many gorgeous dresses that are part of the Nordstrom Sale this year. I am loving the fun leopard print dress. Wear it with a longline cardigan or a moto jacket and I love how versatile the knit dress is!
Zella Activewear is my most-worn activewear brand. I love their 7/8 leggings that have side pockets in them. Another all-time favorite of mine are the Spanx bike shorts!
The Tory Burch bag is my go-to for fall. I use it all the time. I also think a fun felt hat is a great addition to your fall wardrobe and easily levels up a fall look!
I only shared beauty products I use daily like the Morroccan Oil and my slip. pillowcase. These products shown here are things I truly LOVE and use all the time.
