Now that we have been officially social distancing for six weeks now, I thought I would share some great at-home workouts that I have found as well as my all-time favorite workout equipment with you.

I know at-home workouts can be a challenge but I am a firm believer that the right workout and the right equipment will help you get stated on the right foot.

At-Home Workout Equipment:

  • Resistance Band Tubes for upper body burnouts and building lean, pretty arms!
  • Stepper to elevate leg exercises, use for cardio/HIIT, and tricep dips/push-ups
  • Round Resistance Bands for increasing the resistance and difficulty of leg, back and core exercises
  • Weights, Kettlebells and Medicine Balls for strength training
  • Stability Ball for increasing balance and strength in your core
  • Ankle/Wrist Weights for creating lean and toned arms and legs
  • Interval Timer to keep your workout on track and help you burn fat by doing a Tabata or HIIT workout
  • Sliders increase the difficulty of coming “out of a movement” by adding resistance that isn’t normally there
  • Yoga Mats and Gym Floor Tiles to keep YOU and your floors safe
  • Renpho Scale to help keep you on track by measuring not only weight but also BMI, body fat % and it has an app that allows you to track your progress, workouts, and nutrition.

I also wanted to share my favorite running essentials with you all. I have included a running interval that I created for clients to help them increase speed and burn fat at the end of this blog post!

Here are my favorite at-home workouts:

  • Fitness Blender– this power couple will get you sweating in no time! I do everything from their twenty-minute HIIT workouts to their longer cardio and strength training workouts as well as their pilates/core/stretching workouts. There is truly something for everyone when it comes to Fitness Blender and they offer hundreds of free workouts at every length of time and intensity!
  • Alexia Clark– she may be the fittest human on the planet. I am not even kidding. Just looking at her abs gives me motivation. She has some great workouts on her Youtube and I could spend HOURS on her Instagram. She’s incredible.
  • Popsugar Fitness– this is one of my favorite options! Popsugar brings in fitness professionals and celebrity trainers from all backgrounds and specialties to offer FREE workouts. You can find everything from band workouts to yoga to cardio dance! The list goes on!
  • Tone It Up– who doesn’t love these two chicas!? Their energy is so fun and they definitely will make you feel the burn at home!
  • Yoga with Adrienne– if I need a more low key workout day or feel like stability and stretching are calling, I always try one of these amazing yoga classes!

My Treadmill Interval Workout:

This is a treadmill interval that I personally use weekly and have had many clients use to increase speed when training for a race as well as BURN FAT! I hope you love it!
