Lean Abs Workout

Two posts in one day guys. Just a bit sleep deprived over here. It always amazes me how long it takes to shoot, create, edit and produce content for the blog. I am talking hours over here, and I am pretty sure it takes you all about three minutes to get through each post. So just know that especially when I shoot videos, it is a labor of love for all my loyal followers. I truly can’t tell you how much your support means to me.

Let’s get to the fun stuff, shall we!?

Despite the crazy spring weather we have been having, SUMMER IS COMING. That means bathing suit season. I first want to disclose that you don’t get the abs of your dreams without a solid, dedicated and consistent diet over a long period of time, but tonight I am showing you an example of a Boot Camp Core Workout that I take my class through. These exercises combined with a healthy diet, cardio, and additional strength training WILL give you the abs of your dreams. If you stay consistent.

Circuit Details:

  • Perform each exercise for 15 reps
  • Repeat through full circuit 3 times
  • You can do this from HOME or on vacation. All you need for this workout is a little motivation and time.
