Easy & Festive St. Patrick’s Day Treats

It’s crazy to think that a year ago was when the world first shut down. We knew very little about COVID, and we were all ‘staying home’. I could list the hard things about last year, but when I look back…the one thing I remember most is the fun that I had with Lilly. There were dance parties, kids yoga, music lessons…and lots of baking.

St. Patrick’s Day was the first week at home…and Lilly was a little bit bummed because she never got to take her leprechaun trap into preschool. I wanted to make it a special little holiday for her, so I researched some easy St. Patrick’s Day treat recipes and came across this one:

This recipe takes about ten minutes and is now a family favorite! I can’t wait to surprise Lilly with these as an after school treat tomorrow!
