My “Skinny” Margarita Recipe
Happy Monday, Friends!
Tomorrow is Cinco De Mayo! For me, that usually means eating all the guacamole! Another favorite way to celebrate is with a delicious margarita, so I thought today I would share my favorite and “healthier” way to make a classic margarita with my Skinny Margarita Recipe!
On the weekends, Alex and I have been spending half the day organizing and cleaning our house, and if it’s nice enough, the other half outside enjoying a nice cocktail (usually while playing bubbles or chalk with Lilly).
Without the ability to have a real “date night”, this has become our fun tradition.
I love finding ways to make any and all recipes healthier for my family and when it comes to making cocktails I am not a huge fan of cocktails with a ton of added sugar.
This recipe is perfect because you can adjust how much of the sours mix you like and it includes sparkling water which helps dilute the sugar and alcohol (trust me, there is a ton of alcohol in this recipe still so DRINK SLOWLY).
