I can’t think of a better time to write this post than now. When driving Lilly to preschool this morning my car said the temperature was -12 F outside. One of Lilly’s teachers said that Alaska is about 50 degrees warmer than Pennsylvania right now. How crazy is that!?
With a long winter ahead, I thought it was the perfect time to share my top winter essential picks. I guarantee these pieces will keep you warm and on-trend this winter season.

Below I have a few of my tried and true favorite winter essentials that have gotten me through the cold winter months year after year.
I hope this post helps you find great winter staples that you will use annually. Stay warm out there!
XOXO,
Kalyn
These might be my favorite boots ever. They are waterproof, and so nicely lined that my feet were WARM in -9 degree weather today. I also received no less than ten compliments on them today. Cozy and chic. I’m sold!
If I am not wearing Hunter Boots, I am probably in my L.L. Bean boots. This specific pair is lined with shearling!
This is the warmest coat I own. I love all the convenient pockets, and the fur hood is removable.
This puffer coat is currently on SALE and at a great price! It comes in three different colors, too!
You didn’t think you would leave this post without seeing a pair of Hunter Boots, did you? I live in mine year round, but I love the convenience of being able to easily slip on and off these boots. Not to mention they are easy to clean!
Because Hunter Boots aren’t as warm as the other winter boots I shared, buy yourself a pair of their fleece boot liners. They make all the difference, and look super cute folded over the top of your boots!
